The 5th NAC aims to bring together Clinicians, Public health officials, Counsellors, and Community-based organisations for the exchange of ideas, and sharing best practices. Ms. Patricia Ongpin
Country Director, UNAIDS Cambodia, Lao PDR and Malaysia
Ms Ongpin is an international development and public health specialist with over 15 years of experience spanning across Asia, Africa, and Europe. As a strong advocate for equality and leaving no one behind, she has a rich background in coordinating evidence-based decentralized programmes that focus on inclusiveness, partnership, and sustainability. Ms Ongpin was most recently the Regional Fast Track Advisor for the UNAIDS Regional Support Team in Asia and the Pacific.
HIV Prevention 2.0: The New Era of HIV Prevention
Dr Raja Iskandar Shah Raja Azwa
Consultant & Associate Professor in Infectious Diseases and President of Malaysian AIDS Council
Dr. Raja Iskandar Shah Raja Azwa is an Associate Professor of Infectious Diseases and is the Clinical Lead for the HIV service in the Infectious Diseases Unit, Faculty of Medicine, University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. His research interests include HIV Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) implementation research among key populations, co-morbidity management and evaluation of newer second line HIV treatment strategies. He is the site Principal Investigator (PI) for several international collaborative HIV clinical trials which have shaped HIV guidelines locally and globally. Much of his recent work has focused on increasing community access to HIV prevention biomedical interventions and implementation of differentiated service delivery models of HIV care & prevention.

Dr Wong Chen Seong
Senior Consultant in Infectious Diseases and Director of the National HIV Programme and HIV-Hepatitis-STI Division, Singapore
Dr Wong Chen Seong is Director of the HIV, Hepatitis and STI Division at Singapore's Communicable Diseases Agency and Senior Consultant Infectious Diseases Physician at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases. He leads Singapore's National HIV Programme and has extensive experience in HIV prevention, HIV clinical care, sexually transmitted infections, and public health. His interests include innovative HIV service delivery, telemedicine, HIV and ageing, and the management of complex HIV and co-morbid conditions. He is actively involved in medical education and regional collaborations to advance HIV care across the Asia-Pacific.

Dr Grace Lui
Consultant and Head of Division of Infectious Diseases at Prince of Wales Hospitaland Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong
Dr Grace Lui is an infectious diseases physician with expertise in HIV medicine, and healthy ageing in people living with HIV. She is actively involved in regional HIV education and research, with a particular interest in translating evidence into person-centred HIV care and improving long-term outcomes for people living with HIV across the Asia-Pacific region. Her research interests include ageing and comorbidities in people living with HIV.

About MASHM
The Malaysian Society for HIV Medicine (MASHM) was established in 1996 to provide a group identity for Healthcare Providers caring for People living with HIV/AIDS in Malaysia. Its membership includes doctors and paramedics from varied fields who are involved in the treatment and research of HIV/AIDS.
Advancing HIV Care, Education, and Collaboration, MASHM unites healthcare professionals and actively collaborates with governmental, non-governmental, and professional entities. We aim to improve prevention, counselling, treatment strategies, and public awareness through educational updates, national treatment guidelines, skills development, advocacy, and supporting pioneering research to transform HIV care in Malaysia.
